I was with my friend the other day and we got to talking about one of our favorites bands: Radiohead. It turns out, they have not released a new song since In Rainbows. (Feels like forever but it was just 2005) But recently, they have recorded a new song: Harry Patch. This song is in memory of the 111 year-old Britain who was the last survivor of The Great War. (WWI) He lived exactly 111 years, 1 month, 1 week, and 1 day. He has written a book Titled, "The Last Fighting Tommy" which I plan on buying. He had bottled up his emotions until he turned 100. In which a reporter asked for an interview, and Patch just agreed to do it.. I sat wondering to myself what this man had seen in his many many many years of living.. Thousands of his friends and enemies perish before his very eyes. He had 3 wives, and 2 children, all who passed away before him. "Any one of them could have been me. Millions of men came to fight in this war and I find it incredible that I am the only one left." was one of his feelings about the war, he also said that war was, "calculated and condoned slaughter of human beings" and said that "war isn't worth one life." Of course he has many memories of what war looked like, and here is an example: "We came across a lad from A company. He was ripped open from his shoulder to his waist by shrapnel and lying in a pool of blood. When we got to him, he said: 'Shoot me'. He was beyond human help and, before we could draw a revolver, he was dead. And the final word he uttered was 'Mother.' I remember that lad in particular. It's an image that has haunted me all my life, seared into my mind." He died on July 25. Patch's funeral was held in Wells Cathedral on Thursday 6 August 2009. At 11:00am, the bells of Wells Cathedral were rung 111 times to mark each year of his life. A quarter peal of Grandsire Caters was also rung, half muffled, quarter-peals were also rung in Bristol and at several other churches around the country. His coffin travelled from his home, Fletcher House, to the cathedral where the service commenced at noon. The theme of the service was “Peace and Reconciliation" and in addition to pallbearers from The Rifles (the successor regiment to the Duke of Cornwall's Light Infantry), Patch's coffin was accompanied by two private soldiers from each of the armies of Belgium, France and Germany.
So with that, rest in peace Harry Patch, and let the burden of war, age, pain, and heartbreak be lifted off your shoulders..

Hello Viewers, and welcome to Endless at 9 i am trying to get back into the habit f posting on this blog for your needs of information of what's going on in Endless Online. Well, now in days, everyone has a Doctor right, therefore, the occasional douche bag in Endless will come up to somebody in Endless online, and call him a "newb" or "noob" There is a difference. (Urban Dictionary) Lately, I've been becoming so bored, that I've actually been paying attention to Global. (We all get bored on EO at some point right?) Anyway, atleast one or twice every time I log on, I see someone ask, " HEY U GUISE, WEN IS VERSON 29 OF EO COMING OUT?" Well, if you have visited Rettan's blog at http://eovoice.blogspot.com/, you would know, that the Admin Aengie has reported that v.29 is completed and they are putting the finishing touches on it. BUT when it is fully complete, they probably will NOT release it because of all the Private Servers. EO design and maps and items are Copyrighted by Arvid and all the other Admins. They can SUE YOU for creating a Private Server ya idiots... So, in other words, you've pretty much screwed everyone over and caused them to wait for v.29 Longer than they already have. Hope you're happy. Okay, people who still read this, I am taking advice on what to add to the site... to make it look COOLER. So, if you have any suggestions, please, post a comment on this particular post, or post your suggestion on my shoutbox to the right of the page. Sorry

I have not posted anything a while I have good reason and it's basically this: Nothing's happening! Besides Doctor and Nurse prices dropping like a brick, and Admins being Admins, nothing remarkable. I did hear however, of Arvid's Easter joking saying that he was going to quit being an admin. of course global got it's laughs in. But of course, it was on April first. Oh you sly, sly dog, Arvid... Rexor said something about an easter bunny suit. and of course all of the staff shop rumorers loved the idea of this and wanted to horde them all to theirselves. APRIL FOOLS! The April special suit never existed and was a hoax. But who cares any way. People keep saying "Oh v.29 is come out soon." I really do see no sign of it. The admins logging on as often as they do, I'm sure they're just trying to keep us happy so that we don't leave their precious game. Oh well. I suppose we will do what we have been doing for the pass year and 1/2. Wait. Wait in anticipation of the new items, monsters, and surely places to go. Here's hoping. ~X

2/28-3/1

Hello viewers, I am Anchor X, and this is Endless at 6. Well, we have quite the problem. Rexor is getting out of hand viewers. He banned many people today, for no reason. And strange enough, even Vult-r and Arvid got on. I know that Arvid has been alot of crap lately about the wallings and bannings, but he re-earned his reputation in my heart. (no homo) Today when Rexor was dicking around (pardon my French) and banning random people, Arvid got on and started un-banning and walling the people who he had walled. By this time, Both Rexor and Arvid are standing at the Banning Wall. Rexor turns to Arvid and says,
"What are you doing?"
A: "My job"
"Well, we don't get paid for it, so stop."
Rexor just keeps walling people and Arvid keeps un-walling people. Until Rexor logs off. Now, viewers, I will have you know that Rexor is in TRH (Taste my Rainbow Betches) A low-life guild full of speeders and hackers. Rexor's actions are strongly influenced by his guild leaders and guildees. Still, it seems that we must tell him like a teenager. "Don't give in to Peer pressure Rexor." So, Rexor has completely trashed his reputation as a respected admin. In Response to his actions, JET (Jets into freedom) has created a campaign against Rexor and all abuse of Admin powers known as the "Red Scarf Revolution." In which all people in EO who want a better, fairer, and cleaner gaming experience wear a Red Scarf.

2/22 - 2/23

Hello viewers, my name is Harmageddon, and I will be filling in for Anchor X, as he is not feeling well. I have been logging on recently, and noticing that Arvid is logging on maybe two to three times a day. But not for the usual giggles and laughs and random events that he makes. No, these past two days, he's seem to become very serious about EO and how it should be played. On the 22nd, he got on, not talking to anyone, and I doubt that he had walled anyone. It was odd, kind of an eerie emotion came over the members and usual gossip girls of global chat. At first they started saying the usual, asking Arvid to teleport them behind various counter tops and desks, pleading for a title or items. Some were even calling Arvid out, accusing him of mistreating his powers as an admin. After a while, just when we thought that he was going to do nothing at all, Arvid speaks. "Anyone learnt anything today?" was his first comment, the cries of answers from global chat was disapprovingly of arvid, so he announced a second comment, a reply. "Who are you kidding? Most of you can't grasp how one should play a role playing game." Now global was really having at it, not moved to correct himself at all though, Arvid had logged off. Later on, he had logged on, back to his usual walling, unwalling, and random transports, feeding the thirst of blood for the beast and monster known as global. Arvid is getting rather random, could it be his time of the month? Or is it something more? We will just have to find out using patience.

2/20-2/21

Hello viewers, I know this post is about 2 hours early but I am leaving soon and probably won't get on until tomorrow. On 2/20, Admin Arvid held an event called, "escape" He called all EO members down to the race track for the event where he had a little surprise in store for us. When I had gotten there, I had said to myself, "this may be a race, so I won't want to be behind all these people" And when I saw just how many there were, I knew there was no way I was getting to the front of the line in time. Arvid then said, "Ready, Set, Escape!" And people took off, I knew I wasn't going to win the race so I hung back just to see who would win. But then something unexpected happened. The Server had an announcement that said, "Warning! If you do not leave this map within 30 seconds, you will be sent to jail!" Immediately everyone freaked, people started running towards the exits, but were just sent back to the track, they even tried scrolling out of the race track, which cannot be done. Thinking on my feet, I logged off for a bit then logged back on. No one was still on the track. I asked the all wise and powerful global chat about the damage after they have had their rantings about what a terrible admin Arvid is. It appears that over 200 people had been sent to the middle of the castle maze... not good. Many people are pissed, but we must remember, at least Arvid is DOING SOMETHING with us. Vult and Rexor and Teror and all the other admins just kinda sit back on their high horse while Arvid visits us every once and a while. I stayed around long enough in the day to find that Arvid had gotten back online. He did the Escape event again, and claimed even MORE victims than last time. Arvid's activity could be a precursor that tells us that v.29 maybe on it's way, Or it may just be that he is trying to entertain us in the meantime.
